Do You Qualify?

You may be eligible for the Canadian Dental Care Plan if you meet all of the following criteria:
Canadian residents
You file your taxes in Canada and are a Canadian resident for tax purposes.
No private dental coverage
You don't have access to dental insurance through work, a pension, or a private plan.
Adjusted family income under $90,000
Coverage is offered on a sliding scale, with no co-pay for families under $70,000.
A valid tax return on file
You and your spouse or common-law partner have filed your most recent return.
